The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Standard shipping fee: $8.50
Free Shipping: Orders over USD $49.99
Customs Duties
All import (customs) duties and/or taxes must be paid by customers referring to local custom policy.
Order Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent once the order is confirmed, and we will prepare your order immediately. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us early and we will do our best to help.
Tracking Information
If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly to investigate. We will not be responsible for lost packages with “delivered” tracking status.
After your package is shipped (after 3-7 business days processing time), please allow another 1-2 days for tracking information to update. Please feel free to contact us if the estimated delivery date has passed, or if you have any concerns regarding the shipping status.
Cancellation
We put our best efforts into expediting processing and shipping times, so the time window for changes and cancellation will be relatively short – usually within a couple of hours as you place your order. If you need to change your shipping address, please reach us at service@podsforgirl.com as soon as possible.
Possible Delays
Major wars, natural disasters, plagues, etc,this has created shipping volumes that are taxing logistics networks nationwide, which may cause delays.

Orders marked “delivered” by the courier. Please contact your local Post Office or the courier to obtain information regarding your package.
Wrong address. We will not be responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address
